The Australian International School is a high technology environment. Teachers use technology to enhance the quality of learning. Students are encouraged to bring their own devices to school and to use these across all subjects. There is a high speed wireless network across the school; all classrooms are fitted with interactive whiteboards and data show projectors.
The Australian International School is a Google school, utilising the Google Apps for Education (G-Suite/GAFE) across the whole school to engage students and parents in the journey of learning. This approach serves to maximise connections within and beyond the classroom, with students collaborating and creating in new and engaging ways.
At the Australian International School, our purpose is to prepare students for the lives that they will live, and at the same time, develop their sense of creativity, innovation and collaboration. We believe that through our partnership with Google, we further enhance our current practices to develop an even more vibrant learning community.

G-Suite is a cloud based learning platform allowing teachers and students to create a range of documents online, email, share calendars and unlimited data to be accessed at home and school on any device. G-Suite allows the school community to collaborate and learn more effectively through the use of technology, and offer a range of new learning opportunities for teachers and students.

The Australian International School works with students to educate them around using G-Suite in a productive and responsible manner. Parents should also be aware of new technologies such as G-Suite. AIS seeks to strengthen partnerships with parents by providing training sessions around the use of G-Suite, and broader ICTs.
